We currently have casual opportunities available for three General Packaging Workers to join our team in Burleigh Heads! You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members, to produce high-quality products and services for our commercial customers.

- Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines including between the hours of 7am to 7pm
- Physical fitness and a capacity to undertake manual handling tasks safely, which may involve assisted lifting, bending, twisting, pushing or pulling and repetitive actions
- Effective verbal and listening skills, seeking and sharing appropriate knowledge and able to adjust communication style as appropriate
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft office and SharePoint applications.
- Able to resolve conflict and assesses when to escalate issues
- Have or be willing to provide a NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and Blue Card
Nice to have OR Desirable
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Qualification or equivalent experience in supporting people with a disability
- Forklift Licence
