A well-established medical practice in Nowra, South Eastern NSW is seeking a qualified VR General Practitioner to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will benefit from an attractive salary offer of 65% to 70% of mixed billings share or $160 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
The role involves a mix of skin work and general practice, with a requirement of 60% skin work and 40% GP work.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to increase their billings share by supervising up to three doctors. The percentage of billings will increase to 75% for supervision of one doctor, 80% for supervision of two doctors, and 85% for supervision of three doctors.
