SalaryThe Palmerston Medicare Urgent Care Clinic (PMUCC) provides care for patients unable to access their usual GP when they have an urgent but non-emergency health care need.
We are seeking applications from FRACGP General Practitioners with experience in triage and treatment of urgent health care issues including but not limited to:
- Fracture management
- Minor cuts and lacerations
- Sprains
- Sports' Injuries
- Removal of foreign bodies
- Minor eye and ear problems
- Respiratory illnesses
to undertake shifts in in the (PMUCC).
The service operates Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm and 10 am to 6 pm on weekends and public holidays. A range of shifts within this span of hours are available and may be negotiated on a case by case basis.
An hourly rate of $250 exclusive of super is on offer under an independent contract arrangement.
