About You: At least 3 years post qualification experience as an Electrician as well as safety being your top priority are vital skills to your success in this role. Your experience will also include: A collaborative approach to solving problems Ability to communicate with and manage stakeholder expectations Capabilities working autonomously including scheduling and prioritising your time to achieve positive outcomes Sound knowledge of dam safety routines About the role: Based in Gowrie Park, you will be working with a team of mechanical and electrical fitters, operators, and maintenance assistants to provide technical support and maintain our assets and infrastructure. You will also be mentoring and supporting apprentices and setting them up for successful careers within Hydro Tasmania as well as working autonomously by scheduling and prioritising your time to achieve positive outcomes for yourself and stakeholders. This role operates within a 9-day-fortnight and includes options for your commute to site.
