AddressStellar Recruitment is partnering with a respected client who is involved in delivering a key renewable energy project right here in SEQ. This is a key role to the project which has a complex and challenging scope. I have an immediate need for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to be engaged on a long term contract arrangement.
The Role:
This role will see you reporting to the Project Manager and see you working between site and office. You will lead all geotechnical investigations onsite and be instrumental in developing solutions and assessing sustainable drilling methodologies for underground construction and drilling works.
The Skills Required:
- Tertiary degree in Geotechnical Engineering or relevant experience
- Drilling experience within greenfield environments – highly desirable
- Someone who can dissect, analyse and report and present findings to senior leadership
- Effective stakeholder management both internal and external
- Someone who champions a safe working environment
- SEQ-based project
