AddressOur Attachments Division (ATD) is looking for a Business Line Controller for one of the Business Lines of the Division called Ground Engaging Tools, GET for short. This position will be part of the ATD Divisional Controlling & Finance Team and will manage and drive continuous improvement in how we report, predict, and track the performance of our business.
This person would have a dual role. Firstly, focus on global financial reporting, forecasting, market intelligence as well as results analysis and recommendations for improvement. We are looking for a person who will ensure our processes related to financial reporting, follow-up, and analysis are well defined, optimized, and embedded globally for the GET Business Line as well as manage the communication of said data to all key stakeholders. Secondly, full ownership of the Financial and Controlling aspects of the Australian GET entities through accurate, relevant, and timely business & financial analysis, supports general management in making effective business decisions.
Your profile:
- University degree or equivalent within Finance/Business administration.
- Broad experience in accounting and finance in multinational companies.
- Strong written and spoken English is a must.
- Finance & Administration process understanding & proven accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, BPCS, Infor M3 and Official training and experience in project management is a plus.
- MBA or other postgraduate diploma (CA/CPA) will be well regarded.
