Our client is a prestige real estate agency on the beautiful Gold Coast that has an opening for an enthusiastic and well groomed individual to join their busy executive office.
They are seeking a competent and experienced personal assistant / executive assistant with a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role. This is a salary position which is flexible in hours. Energy, passion, exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
You will be responsible for all administration support for a Top Executive of the business including but not limited to:
- Diary management
- Database management
- Marketing administration
- Preparations for open homes and auctions
- Social media management
The following will be highly regarded:
- Experience with Realworks, VaultRE, RPData, Pricefinder, MS Office products including MS Publisher
- High level of organisational skills and able to follow processes
- Extensive knowledge in administration, including editing correspondence, reports and creating presentations
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive and can do attitude

To be successful in this position you will have:
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Current Qld drivers licence
- Availability for weekend work assisting with open homes
