About you:
As our ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER you will need -
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - you'll be your team's number 1 hype person and your Store Manager's right-hand!
- Strong brand alignment & confidence in interacting with customers
- A can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to lead your team independently when required
- A desire to bring your best to every shift and get the best of out of others
- Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
