A global Oil & Gas organisation headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia requires a Global ICT Workplace Collaboration Lead (AV Solutions) for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Having a number of direct reports from the service suppliers.
- Primary managing and maintaining the technical aspects and documentation of the Audio Visual environment.
- Ensuring new and current AV technologies in the environment are well-supported, meeting the security and IS standards
- Developing reporting and insights on room/technology performance which are easily accessible and understandable.
- Proactively managing inventory of AV licences and hardware.
- Undertaking regular system audits and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Facilitating regular working groups with key stakeholders such as EUC Leads, Security Leads and Facilities Management to ensure proactive and healthy collaboration.
- Managing an in-house vendor (ProAV) to ensure quality and timeliness of Concierge performance across the sites.
- Managing and maintaining the meeting room standards.
- Designing, developing and executing effective change and information communications to end users.
- Delivering plans and work aligning to the organisation's strategy.
- Understanding the broader IS remit and working collaboratively to deliver the functional outcomes.
- Being an AV industry expert abreast of all current and future advancements to determine if there are opportunities for Santos.
- Upholding and ensuring compliance with all company standards and processes.
- Involved in effective and timely collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Higher education qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Microsoft MS-700 certification
- 5+ years' experience working in an AV role.
- Experience working with LAN/WAN hardware and software.
- Familiarity with AMX, Crestron and Pexip systems.
- Highly experienced with Microsoft products.
- Experience leading and managing vendors and contractors.
