To support our mission, we seek a creative, evidence-based, and data-driven Global Marketing Manager to join our team in Ocean Shores, just north of stunning Byron Bay, leading the entire Lead Generation-focused marketing function and promotion of our house of brands (Clearlight/Helsi/TheHelsiShow).
In this exciting role, you'll spearhead brand-driven and revenue-optimised lead-generation strategies across international markets through analysis, insights and your passion for the wellness industry. You’ll be inherently comfortable navigating our CRM, have performance marketing expertise and have CX sensibilities to understand our audience and customers intuitively.
Project management, prioritisation and external brand and ad agency management prowess will be your secret weapon, ensuring seamless execution of the existing GTM strategies, product direction and campaigns.
As an experienced collaborative manager, you'll lead and inspire the delightful and accomplished team of 4 across Australia and Germany, supporting their growth, potential and impact. You will partner closely with the executive and product delivery teams and sales leadership to refine our brand story and product narrative for our global audience.
