We have partnered with a social media platform that is seeking an experienced Client Solution Manager who is has a background in digital media planning or performance marketing. This is a 12-month contract position with an immediate start date.
About the role:
- 5 days working week (38 hrs.)
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements from the Sydney CBD office.
- Media planning, strategy & measurement and optimization.
- Work closely with the Client Partner to provide support, Insights and solutions to clients and agencies.
- Manages and consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations.
- Oversee budget expenditure and revenue delivery, including optimisation and real-time advice.
- Inform and educate customers about new products and advancements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with important clients and agency partners.
- Manage complex work streams, analytics and dashboards to maximise marketing goals and to advise clients.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities across your clients and partners.
- Potential travel involved to other states across NSW or New Zealand.
About you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience within performance marketing or digital planning.
- Media agency experience preferred.
- A bonus if you have worked with retail or ecommerce clients.
- Experience with business trends in the industry - Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM.
- Experience dealing with major advertising success metrics.
- Possess strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and related fields.
- Team collaboration and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong Excel skills and experience analysing datasets.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
