Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join the Accounting Systems Division (ASD) ASD is mainly responsible for Finance business cycles optimization , Finance systems implementation, support and administration. In addition to implementing digital solution for the Controller's and Treasury admin areas. ASD is also responsible for executing Payroll and Month/Year end processes. The department personnel are mainly Business System Analysts who understand both the business and the IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Works with organizations at all levels to maintain the corporate management information system for policy decision making.
- Conducts feasibility studies, business cases, and project proposal reports.
- Prepares user manuals and documentation for Business System implementation.
- Interfaces with IT during the design and implementation of IT-based Business Systems, providing support to IT as needed.
- Provides support, advice, and business procedures to maintain data integrity within department business organizations.
- Delivers training to operational and staff personnel to maximize the effectiveness of Business Systems.
- Prepares conversion plans and user installation plans for applicable organizations.
- Maintains communication with IT Liaison representatives in other departments for knowledge sharing.
- Ensures alignment between system configuration and corporate policies.
- Analyzes and evaluates current systems, identifies business and operational requirements, and assists in the design, development, and launch of systems to support core business functions.
- Leads Business System studies, reviews, recommends improvements, and enhances complex Business Systems within the assigned area.
- Assumes the role of department representative in Business System development and effectively represents the respective department.
- This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
- Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA) preferred.
- 12 years of related experience.
- Business System Analyst skills, including information analysis and process improvement.
- Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities.
- Experience with SAP/Finance Modules is desirable.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
