• SIGNIFICANT PRE-OWNED VEHICLE SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE & PROVEN HISTORY OF SUCCESS, QLD SALES LICENCE, FULL QLD DRIVERS LICENCE.
• EXCEPTIONAL MATURE ATTITUDE, POSITIVE MINDSET, A "CAN DO" ATTITUDE WITH A WILLINGNESS TO SUCCEED AS A KEY FIGURE OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM WORKING ALONGSIDE THE GENERAL MANAGER & DEALER PRINCIPAL. 
• THE ABILITY AND OPENNESS TO FOLLOW A WELL-CONSTRUCTED BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS WHILE MOTIVATING AND SUPPORTING YOUR SALES TEAM - LEADING BY EXAMPLE DAILY.
• A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE PRESTIGE-PREOWNED VEHICLE MARKET AND GOOD GENERAL BASIC MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE.
• EXCEPTIONAL PRESENTATION, KEEN EYE FOR DETAIL, A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE IMPORTANCE OF WORLD CLASS FACILITY AND INVENTORY MERCHANDISING, MAINTENANCE & PRESENTATION
• THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK, THRIVE UNDER PRESSURE AND TIME CONSTRAINTS, WORK AUTONOMOUSLY AS WELL AS A PART OF A CLOSE-KNIT TEAM WHILE UTILISING THE LATEST TECH, COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND APPS.

You can lead by example, manage your clients, recruit, mentor & manage your sales team while being responsible for the department as a whole… In short, you will be across all opportunities and responsible for the department's results ensuring our continued success well into the future.
