The role
The purpose of the Business Support Administrator is to support in the day-to-day business operations and to provide service to the internal team. This role will see you responsible for:
Answering & directing incoming calls
• Meeting & greeting visitors
• Diary management
• Organising meetings
• Travel management
• Handling email correspondence
• Creation of folders, documents and reports to support with project management
• Organising business events
• Ad hoc administration as required
The candidate
To be considered for this role you will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite – essential)
• High levels of commitment to your role and focused on producing quality outcomes
