Qualifications & experience
- Gained sufficient knowledge and experience to perform the duties of a Golf Club Manager. Evidence of effective staff management and rostering experience with computers and Microsoft Office products.
- Evidence of having completed Responsible Service of Alcohol training. Knowledge of the rules and etiquette of golf.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To manage the Golf Club's operations in an efficient and sustainable manner.
- Staff recruitment, induction, training and rostering. Preparation of monthly reports to be presented at management meetings. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts. Responsible for efficient stock ordering and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure operations meet Health & Safety requirements. Assist with club functions. Review and consider sponsorship opportunities.
