Just Digital People are recruiting for a boutique digital agency based in the inner south eastern suburbs, as they look to add a new Google Ads Lead to the team.
This eclectic agency of circa 50 headcount offer all Account Management, Content, Design, and Product services internally - allowing them to best service their portfolio of retained clients.
To help build the internal culture they operate in the office together 3 days per week, allowing you 2 days WFH when you need to knuckle down and get sh*it done.
On top of monthly social events, the business Directors also host regular professional development sessions to aid you in your career growth.
What you'll do:

• Optimise campaigns across multiple channels including PPC, Display, Shopping, and Youtube.
• Ensure all campaigns are being delivered on time and achieving agreed KPIs.
• Identify and communicate new channel and optimisation opportunities to clients.
• Collate, analyse, and produce insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns.
• Use report statistics to influence best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns.

What you'll need:

• 4 years of Google Ads experience (in Aus based digital agency).
• A thorough understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, & Google Tag Manager
• Working knowledge of Merchant Centre, and how to optimise shopping feeds.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• A data-driven approach to Ad analysis.
