We are currently seeking an NFP Sector Governance Specialist and Secretariat to support an Adelaide based NFP and their Board in regards to:
- Company Secretary like Secretariat functions like agendas, minutes
- Compliance functions such as ACNC reporting
- Board Recruitment, Coaching and Training
- General Board and Leadership Support
- Attending Board Meetings
THE IDEAL PEOPLE TO UNDERTAKE THESE PROJECTS
- NFP Sector Governance Experience
- NFP Sector Board/Committee Experience
- NFP Sector Company Secretary or Secretariat Experience
- Able to commit to about 60-80 hours work per month
Q&A and HOW TO EXPRESS EOI
Consultancy Rates (ABN) around $80 per hour plus GST
Casual (employment) around $65 an hour plus superannuation and possible conversion to permanent part time if pattern of hours emerges
