Reporting to the Director Legal Services, the role supports the effective and efficient functioning of the Governance (Legal Services) section and provides broader support to the Corporate Services Business Unit, specifically by:
  • Administrative Support
  • Research, Information Gathering and Analysis
  • Maintaining Registers, managing access to and visibility of Lotterywest’s Key Governance Documents
  • Excellent Customer Service
The role requires working collaboratively with all sections within Corporate Services, including the office of the General Manager, and all other areas within Lotterywest.Mandatory/Special Role Requirements
Police ClearanceSelection Criteria * Demonstrated experience in providing management support at a senior management level
  • Knowledge of corporate governance guidelines
  • Ability to research, analyse and interpret policies and legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Sound written and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with people from a range of backgrounds, organisations and roles
  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent and timely customer service and the ability to resolve problems
  • Demonstrated experience of records management and control procedures in accordance with set standards
