Governance and Procurement Systems Lead

About the role:
Join the Inbound Supply and Procurement Team, leading the way managing various systems including Zycus, SAP Materials Management Module & Power BI.
As the Governance & Procurement Systems Lead, you will be responsible for being the driving force behind initiatives as well as collaborating with other stakeholders including Governance, Finance, IT & ISP Business Units to deliver sustainable improvements.
Main responsibilities will include:

• Manage and administer the source to pay solution including implementing improvements to existing processes and identification of opportunities for added value while maximizing efficiencies.
• Integrate relevant Procurement Systems to maximise efficiency and data integrity.
• Lead development, deployment, and maintenance of procurement performance reporting.
• User Training /Capability Uplift
• Manage the integrated E-Catalogues for Consumable Goods

About you:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Materials Management Module experience (mandatory)
• Zycus Source to Contract Solution (preferred)
• Microsoft Power BI Report development and management experience (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of Procurement or Supply Chain Management experience (preferred).
• Awareness or experience of working with or maintaining operating models (preferred).
• People leadership and performance management skills optimizing the team and individuals' performance in a dynamic environment.
• Business and commercial acumen, able to take a whole of enterprise view.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail, influencing and negotiating skills.
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving with the ability to work through complex and challenging strategies and initiatives.
• Document management and basic IT development.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, MS Power BI and PowerPoint and strong data manipulation and business analytical skills
