The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a motivated individual to coordinate the Governance and Records services by overseeing Council's records management function, policy and procedure reviews, maintenance of delegation registers, and annual governance and compliance reporting.
As a Governance & Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for the compilation and management of Councillor and Designated Persons Disclosure Returns, as well as draft notices of decision in response to requests for information received by Council. You will coordinate GIPA/PPIP applications, processes and procedures across the organisation.

About YouWe are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration (or related field) and a current NSW Class C Drivers Licence.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- High level of written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of competence in the use of computer applications including (but not limited to) Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, desktop publishing, database applications and internet browsers.
- High level of competence in the use and administration of an Electronic Document and Records Management System (i.e. HPE or TRIM).
- Demonstrated experience in appropriately responding to requests for information from third parties.
This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $97,656.52 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,691.90 per week base salary
- $186.11 per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
