About The Role!

The Government Relations Advisor will play a key role in supporting the advocacy activities to Government on the importance and value of community pharmacy as a network of trusted healthcare professionals across Australia. This role is a full-time, ongoing opportunity and is based at the Guild’s National Secretariat in Canberra.

About You!
  • You are someone who wants to make a difference with their work. You are passionate about advocacy, campaigns and stakeholder engagement. You will bring your experience and expertise across Government Relations, policy or regulatory affairs from your previous roles.
  • Your ability to engage with stakeholders at a high level will be essential as well as managing and cultivating excellent relationships across political parties, stakeholders and politicians.
  • Your robust knowledge of the mechanics of Federal and State politics will be welcomed!
  • Your innovative approach to your work sets you apart. You are a problem solver and a team player who enjoys work that positively impacts the community.
  • Your impressive skill set, qualifications and working experience will complement the areas in the position description. Your continuous learning approach will inspire you to evolve your career with us!
