Your New Role

• You will be providing excellence in patient care
• Demonstrate leadership and innovation in a clinical setting
• Participate in research and continuous quality improvement activities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across RMH teams, other service providers, and the broader professional community.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide effective communication and leadership within the team.

About You

• Passionate and willing to expand your skills with support from specialists.
• You have well-developed communication skills with a strong ability to develop relationships with relevant team members from Allied Health, Nursing and Medical teams.
• You demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills.
• You have previous experience with supervision of staff and students.
