Grade 4 Advance Practice Gastroenterology Dietitan
The Role:
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Grade 4 Dietitian to join the Gastroenterology team at Northern Health.
This role requires extensive expertise and knowledge in the specialist area of gastroenterology and specifically IBD, liver disease, disorders of gut-brain interaction (DGBI) and Coeliac disease.
This position is full time until 31/12/2024 then part time 64 hours per fortnight until 9 April 2025
A job-share arrangement to target particular clinical specialties, and flexibility to work from home will be considered.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previously undertaken, or be willing to undertake credentialing to practice at an advanced scope within the Gastroenterology Screening Clinic
- Proven experience and expertise in providing high quality and expert evidenced based dietary therapy for gastroenterology patients
- A strong client focus in the provision of care
- Ability to independently manage a complex caseload
- Demonstrated active participation and engagement with the multi-disciplinary team
- A keen interest in identifying and promoting research opportunities with a view to publishing the results
