The successful applicant will be energetic, outgoing, social and be willing to involve themselves in all aspects of a modern business. While formal qualifications are important, we are searching for someone that is motivated to learn, has a good work ethic and a strong sense of innovation. If you have aspirations to develop a broad range of expertise, 360 Partners is the place for you.
In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate will have completed an accounting or commerce degree to a high standard. You will have excellent communication and computer skills (word, excel, outlook). Any other additional qualifications or expertise will be considered and looked upon favourably (including IT skills, web design, sales or marketing etc.).
The Role
The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of opportunities and experiences to rapidly build skills and expertise.
You will be involved in:
- Developing skills to provide expert advice to clients including client group financial reporting, tax strategy, tax compliance and other special projects.
- Outstanding client service and delivery of a professional experience,
- Collaboration with other team members to identify opportunities for clients
- Business development including the provision of new services,
- Direct client communication,
- Great opportunities for personal development through on and off-the-job training.
Our new 360 Navigator business advisory solution is a very innovative product and you will be involved in working with clients as we deploy it.
