About the Role
As a member of our Banking & Project Finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Partners in delivering exceptional legal services. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research on legal matters and applicable precedents, drafting a wide range of documents including advices, commercial agreements, court documents, and general correspondence, assisting in the proactive and efficient management of team files, actively participating in business development activities to support the growth of our practice, and undertaking any other legal, professional, or administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in law and strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels. Exceptional organisational skills are a must, with the ability to administer several tasks concurrently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Self-motivation and the capability to work independently, dedication to maintaining confidentiality and providing excellence in client service, and a flexible and adaptable approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are also essential.
