The job will initially be based in the head office at Helensvale where you will be under the mentorship and guidance of both the National Civil Manager and the Civil Construction Manager, who will take you through the principles of their roles giving you the background to the actual civil construction on site, before being on-site and becoming part of the civil construction engineering team.
