Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in meeting project objectives, ensuring successful delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.
- Maintain adherence to QA and WHS requirements, ensuring project safety and quality standards are met.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and administering a diverse range of construction contracts.
- Effectively manage your workload, working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
Mandatory:
- A four-year, Washington Accord accredited, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer literacy.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with roads, earthworks, retaining, and drainage structures.
- Demonstrated understanding of local council and state government standards.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in project/contract management.
- Previous involvement in local government projects is highly valued.
