Role Description

As a Graduate Civil Engineer/Draftsperson at Woodward Civil, you will be involved in various stages of project development, from design to documentation, and will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Drafting:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed civil design plans using Civil 3D and 12d software.
- Develop engineering drawings, plans, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Ensure that designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Project Support:
- Support project teams with data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
- Assist in project coordination and communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required, supporting the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
Technical Development:
- Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts and propose innovative solutions to project challenges.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12d software is preferred.
