The Graduate Engineer will coordinate engineering design, quality planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities. This role involves managing procurement, supervising subcontractors, planning and scheduling, preparing project deliverables (e.g., WMS, SWMS), conducting field inspections, and monitoring project performance. The individual will support the project delivery team in meeting commercial, schedule, quality, safety, environmental, and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and prepare QA-QC documentation (ITPs, Field Inspection Records, MDR, etc.).
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Collate project data to monitor production and costs.
- Undertake site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide procurement support including subcontractor/supplier QA-QC management.
- Support the Site Management team as required.
- Ensure project compliance with contract requirements and budget.
- Ensure all project QA documents are site-specific and implemented to a high standard.
- Report and document non-conformances effectively; assist in timely closure.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and plan effectively.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
