The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunities for motivated, recent graduates to join us at the Burswood Head Office for the position of Graduate Engineer in the fields of Electrical, Control/SCADA, Civil and Structural and Powerlines.
We offer our graduates a structured, two-year program. This includes:

Role Duties are (but not limited to):
- Undertaking engineering design under the guidance of senior engineers
- Interpreting and applying technical standards.
- Undertaking technical verification of project deliverables.
- Supporting senior engineers and the electrical team to manage project delivery, safety and quality.
- Problem solving, analysis and providing creative work solutions to various situations.
- Delivering projects within the required budget, scope, and timeframes
- Performing a wide range of professional and administrative support activities
- Support with the commissioning of HV systems and plant
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a recent graduate or be in your final year of study in the field of engineering.
- Be Australian citizens or permanent resident.
- Possess a current unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Be able to work on multiple projects concurrently, some with short delivery timeframes.
- Have a keen eye for detail, and a focus on quality and performance.
- Have clear and strong communication skills with an ability to produce high quality well-structured technical reports documenting study findings, results and recommendations.
- Advanced IT proficiency and computer literacy
- Be willing to attend site from time to time for data collection, asset assessments, inspections and commissioning support.
- Prior demonstrated experience in an engineering consultancy environment will be highly regarded.
