Form of workWe are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Graduate for a Graduate Engineer – Structural role in our Subiaco office, starting late 2024 to early 2025. This role will suit those graduates who enjoyed the structural units within their degree and are interested in joining an industry-leading team.

The Opportunity
In this role you will be supported and encouraged to strive towards your career goals. In your daily role you will experience:
- Working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to a broad range of structure types including multistory, commercial, major government projects, bridges and transport structures.
- Site activities including construction inspections and structural condition assessments.
- Coaching for accountability of and completing detailed design work and documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of specifications and other documents.
- Being an active member of a dynamic, innovative and technically progressive structural team.
About you
Key skills and experience of the successful candidate will include:
- University Degree qualification in Civil Engineering either last year of study (2024) or graduated
- The ability to work and collaborate within a team environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
