We promise both in-person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops.About You

• Civil Graduates within the last 2 years
• 1-2 years working industry experience
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload
• A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
