CareSuper values flexibility, and we recognise the benefit for our staff to have a choice in how they structure their work week with a combination of days working from home and some in the office as well as the benefits that come with opportunities for in-person connection and collaboration. That's why our hybrid model includes two (2) days per week required to work in the office, including attending one (1) nominated team day along with other members of your team.
