Job DescriptionThe
Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Administration of corporate action documents
- Reconciliations asset transfers, of all trades, positions, cash, dividends, orders and stock transfers (Daily)
- On-boarding new accounts
- Reconciling income tax
- Liaise with other departments
- User acceptance testing for system upgrades
- Process improvement initiatives
- Equity transfers and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.
- Liaise and work closely with brokers to achieve the execution of orders for managed funds, EFT's, securities and international securities
The Successful ApplicantThe Candidate will be/have:
- Relevant Tertiary Degree
- Relevant experience within Investment Ops or otherwise keen and eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Immediately Available or available at short notice
