Job Description
Your new role
We’re looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.
As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in assisting the implementation of investment decisions through the Treasury function, ensuring precision in Proper Instructions. You'll play a vital part in streamlining processes, assisting in end-to-end issue resolution, and actively monitoring Treasury-related activities. Leveraging your analytical skills, you'll identify and report on relevant risks, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
You will contribute to the enhancement of the control framework, and help manage expectations with internal teams. You will proactively identify and analyse risks, providing support for various team projects, and collaborating with Investment Operations members to achieve team objectives.
Please note: we are seeking candidates based in Canberra or willing to relocate for the role
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll need to excel
Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Demonstrated organisational skills with a keen ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical proficiency with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Autonomous drive from work conception to completion.
Competence in processing and reporting on numbers and data with high accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels.
The following qualifications and knowledge are considered desirable:
Working towards industry or postgraduate qualifications in Accounting.
