K2 Asset Management (K2) is a listed Australian diversified financial services firm with three core pillars:
- Funds Management.
- Responsible Entity (RE) and Trustee Service; and
- Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a legal review of our documentation including commercial contracts, employment agreements, and general policies.
- Reviewing documents, policies, procedures, marketing materials and forms.
- Advising on legislative and regulatory updates.
- Assisting risk, regulatory and ongoing compliance projects.
- Negotiate and draft documentation and assist with the execution of complex transactions relating to products and services.
- Provide general legal advice on day-to-day operations and matters with a focus on being proactive,
- Provide support to the AML officer.
Ideal candidate
- 1-2 years experience in financial services.
- University graduate with a legal degree.
- Strong professional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, client focus, and the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
