About the Opportunity
We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated Junior Lawyer to join our fast-growing team. You will work with, and learn from, Willed Law’s Head of Legal and senior lawyers to help take this area of our business to the next level.
Your varied role will include:
- Reviewing and customising wills submitted via the online will-writing platform
- Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries to acquire new customers
This position is Full-Time and based in Gardenvale, Victoria.
About You
You are an excellent communicator and a team player who is ready to make this role your own. You want to be a true ambassador of the Willed brand.
You have:
- 12 months experience in a similar role. You may be completing your practical legal training or you may have recently completed it.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, file management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills. You’re comfortable on the phone and meeting with clients
- Ability to prioritise and multitask, and work effectively without constant supervision
- Conveyancing experience an advantage
