About the Role
This fantastic opportunity is for a Junior Solicitor to join our highly skilled team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing documents such as Contract of Sale of Real Estate and Section 32 Statements, commercial and business contracts, employment agreements, and other legal documents;
- Advising on legislative and regulatory updates;
- Assist with ongoing projects;
- Negotiate and draft documentation and assist with the execution of complex transactions relating to products and services;
- Provide general legal advice on day-to-day operations and matters.
About you
Ideally, to be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- Genuine interest in commercial and property law;
- 1-2 years post – admission experience in general practice, preferably with reviewing and drafting business contract experience;
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred but not essential;
- Ability to work efficiently and meticulously with high attention to detail;
- Good professional communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy;
- A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop your career;
- A hard working and dedicated approach to your practice.
