Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a graduate engineer with up to 2 years industry experience in mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering. We look for a creative mindset who is willing to learn state of the art engineering tools designing composite as well as metal.
- Good general engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 3D modelling software (Siemens NX preferred but not essential)
- Experience designing composite and metal structures
- Preparing 2D drawings
- Understanding of Finite Element Analysis and classical laminate theory. Practical experience with Finite Element Modelling (ANSYS preferred) would be highly regarded
- Experience with 3D printers would be highly regarded
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in Australia
- Ability to travel overseas
