What makes our graduate academy so successful?
- Support + training – in-depth onboarding and induction, ongoing support from your manager, one to one clinical supervision from a highly experienced OT Team Leader, group training sessions, and a buddy mentorship program
- Flexibility – Manage your own week, scheduling appointments when works best for you. Have the luxury of completing reports and admin from our plush Sydney CBD office or the comfort of your own home. You can be based anywhere in Sydney.

YOUR ROLE:
- Provide high quality support to a diverse caseload in home or community settings such as schools and group homes
- Working across intellectual, home mods & assistive technology, paediatrics, mental-health and more – we have senior staff who are experts in each area to mentor you
- Designing and implementing ongoing therapy plans & completing functional assessments
- Writing reports and letters of recommendation to the NDIS
- Attending clinical development and training seminars internally and externally
- Highly competitive quarterly incentive plan – we reward our clinicians for their hard work

- 8 days of additional leave on top of your standard 20 days annual leave

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and membership of relevant regulatory body
