• $80,000 - $120,000 + Super (Annual)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of occupational performance, including participant's strengths, weaknesses, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve participant's fine motor skills, visual-motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation.
• Collaborate with other professionals and caregivers to ensure that therapy is integrated into the client's daily routine and environment.
• Document progress and communicate with families, educators, and other professionals about the participant's progress and treatment plan.
• Stay current on research and best practices in occupational therapy.
