This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in marketing, communications, PR or tourism to gain hands-on experience and grow within the tourism sector.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for existing and potential member queries and services, supporting the end-to-end membership life cycle
- Provide coaching, mentoring and advice to tourism operators relating to accreditation, marketing, e-tourism, workforce development, business planning and customer service
- Conduct online and on-site accreditation assessments with tourism businesses
- Assist with WA events, support policy making, and training and development programs
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Training or related discipline (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a current A class drivers’ licence
