The Role: As the Graduate PLC Engineeryou will be a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) enthusiast and will be comfortable working in an automated production and mining environment. Your fault-finding skills will be complemented by your PLC and SCADA
knowledge which will enable you to ensure our machinery achieve the highest level of performance.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming of automation equipment
• Working with multidisciplinary team to deliver automation solutions
• Ensure safety in design standards are followed
• Programming PLC equipment
• Programming SCADA environment
• Providing support for machine breakdown and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting automated processes or equipment when faults occur

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic or similar
• PLC programming knowledge
• Knowledge of SCADA software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and forward thinking approach
