The Role
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients, architects, government.
- Taking responsibility for the commercial aspects of façade projects.
- Mentoring team members.
- Chartered Professional Engineer with min 8-10 years experience in façades.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Strong technical skills. Software programs include Strand 7 & Spacegass.
- Skills in Façade engineering design for architectural buildings, infrastructure, and institutional projects.
- Proficiency in proposal writing, winning work, and report writing.
- Site experience and Scheme Design Reports, Remedial Specs.
