Job Description
We are looking for a Graduate Product Owner to join our Symbio Connect team. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, this role will be responsible for assisting Product Owners in gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. A Graduate Product Owner will work with Operations and Customer Experience teams are involved to ensure any products delivered address and enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do as a Graduate Product Owner:
- Creating and maintaining roadmaps
- Identifying related user stories and epics
- Building, reviewing, prioritising and maintaining the product backlog
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases
- Manage the full product life cycle of products within the assigned product portfolio
- Coordinating the release of delivery events with other Product Owners
- Building and producing artefacts cross functionally for outcomes i.e. User Journeys
- Assisting Teams with Scrum ceremonies
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed:
- A recently completed degree in Engineering, Business and/or Marketing.
- Strong interest in telecommunication and/or technology industries
- Previous work experience or internship in Product Ownership an advantage
- Good communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and telephone and presentation essential
- Intermediate level of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems to generate ideas and solutions
- Good customer service skills and ability to build good relationships
- A good sense of humour.
