We are seeking a coordinator to join our Graduate Recruitment team on a 4-month contract from June to September, based at our Sydney CBD office.
In this varied and busy role, you will provide coordination support to our Sydney Graduate Recruitment team for the vacation clerk recruitment. Reporting to our Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will also work closely with other members of our HR team and liaise with partners and lawyers.
You can expect to work on a variety of tasks on a daily basis including:
coordinating and managing events during the clerkship process;
collating interview packs;
organising psychometric assessments with candidates;
liaising with candidates and current graduates;
recruitment system administration;
preparing marketing collateral;
application screening, and managing the team inbox;
collating interview feedback; and
preparation of offer paperwork.
As a key member of the team, you will enhance the experience for students and internal stakeholders through all stages of the recruitment process, and you'll be keen to ensure that the vacation recruitment is coordinated in an efficient and timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
previous experience in a client-focused co-ordination or assistant role, ideally supporting recruitment processes or teams;
strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
ability and confidence to interact with people at all levels across the organisation;
excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team;
effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a high-pace national team;
a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team; and
ability to network and build positive and genuine working relationships, both internally and externally.
