Your teamThe People Services team is responsible for providing a broad range of support services to the wider People Culture & Communications team that span across business functions including People Partner support, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, policy interpretation, document management and
Learning & Development coordination activities.
- Attracting talent, phone screening, presenting shortlisted candidates, reference checking
- Managing all candidate communication through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the candidate is supported pre-employment
- Coordinating volume recruitment drives, including presenting at assessment centres
- Managing the recruitment inbox, and internal job postings
Your knowledge & experience
- 2 years recruitment coordination/admin experience
- Experience working in large volume/fast paced environment
- Sound understanding of Recruitment ‘best practice’
- Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail
