THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Research Executive role is ideal for new graduates and curious individuals looking for their first step into a career in Market Research and are inclined to build their career in Customer Experience domain. Our graduates will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, you will gain exposure to a variety of research approaches whilst working alongside industry experts.

  • You'll work across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • You'll get to experience the end-to-end research project life cycle: taking client briefs, developing research design, timelines and costings, quality control, liaising with our fieldwork specialists, and collaborating with other research experts
  • Develop key project management skills
  • You'll help us think about how we can deliver our insights and recommendations in an engaging, meaningful, and creative way
  • No two days are ever the same!

ABOUT YOU

You will be someone with a natural curiosity about the world we live in and human behaviours, with a passion and flair for adding value. To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and preferably SPSS
  • Working knowledge of statistics and research techniques would be advantageous
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Good organisational skills, time management skills and results-orientated
  • Passion for Customer Experience (CX) and research
  • To be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
