The growth in our boutique family law practice means we are looking to appoint an graudate law practitioner. Some experience of working in general law would also be well regarded.
We will provide you with ongoing training and experience to turn you into the law specialist you want to be. On offer is a salary package commensurate with the training you will require to become a first year solicitor.

As a Graduate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing research information and analysis in order that comprehensive advice, in all areas of Law, is provided to the Associate/Senior Solicitor for ongoing matters. This will include working on complex matters with property settlements as well as the usual gamut of basic law issues such as Estate Plans, preparation for filing applications and ultimately contracts, disputes.
You will be:
• Supporting the Principal and Associate in advising and liaising with clients
• Managing tasks on assigned matters
• Preparing documents
• File management and record keeping
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and colleagues including solicitors, barristers, the Court and other key specialists
• Ensuring new clients are successfully integrated into the firm
• Working on Property Settlements, including those in Self-Managed Super Funds, across Australia, Estate Plans and Probate for the first 6 months with progress then to other Commercial & Corporate Law.
