The Firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation Team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for indviduals eager to cultivate a network of connections. Duties may include:
- Navigating a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial disputes (e.g. contracts, professional indemnity, shareholder conflicts, deceased estates)
- Wide range of insolvency matters, advisory and instructuring endeavours
- Representation in courts and tribunals
- Interaction with clients and counsel, including conferences
- Preparation of court documents and correspondence
- Case management under the guidance of senior practitionersThe Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years PQE in Disputes, Commercial Litigation, or Insolvency
- Outstanding Academic Record
- Proficiency in drafting an legal research
- Sufficient understanding of NSW court processes
- Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and within a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Enthusiasm and a collaborative, positive demeanour
- Current NSW Practicing Certificate
